Terms and Conditions for Sports Gifts Direct / Shane Todd Direct

These terms and conditions were last updated on 09/01/17. Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. “We” or “Our” means Sports Gifts Direct / Shane Todd Direct. “You” or “your” means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.

Goods are supplied by third party companies directly to you and the contract of sale then exists between you and Sports Gifts Direct / Shane Todd Direct These terms and conditions cover all sales made through this website.

Prices, description and availability of goods

Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

 

Damaged/Faulty Goods

Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 7 days and arrange to post them back to us.

We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to the Sports Gifts Direct / Shane Todd Direct within 7 working days from receipt of the goods, you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of:

  • Fresh / disposable / perishable goods (e.g. flowers or fresh foods)
  • Sealed audio / video recordings or computer software which have been opened
  • Goods made to the customer's personal specifications

We only cover the cost of the postage if the item is damaged or faulty, We do not cover the cost of the return postage if the return is down to the customer e.g. size, wrong item etc

Delivery arrangements

Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased we endevour to process all order within 24 hours dependent on availability. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale. The costs for delivery are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the Sports Gifts Direct / Shane Todd Direct. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.

Non Delivered / Collected Goods

If you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item.

We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.

Any order not collected from a Hub Box Click & Collect point and returned back to us or any of our partner companies, A charge of £5.99 will be payable to cover the cost of returning the item.

All Claims for NON-DELIVERY must be made within 30 days of the orginal purchase date.

We will not refund or replace any order that is lost in any delivery network due to you the customer supplying an incomplete or poor address

Please Note: Refunds will not be given against missing parcels, in all events we will issue an immediate resend of your order.

Offensive or age restricted material

We take the utmost care to ensure that no material likely to give offence or which is unsuitable for children is displayed on our website. There are, however, certain products that we sell which are unsuitable for children (e.g. Certificate 18 or 15 videos / DVD's). By placing an order for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products.
